Area description

Mordechai Caspi Street is a charming Dutch cobblestone street in North Talpiot that leads to a place in the city with unbelievable breathtaking views of the Old City, Kidron Valley and beyond to Mount Scopus, and is an exclusive address and home to many large homes built up along the side of the mountain looking down into the valley. Its a short walk to Derech Hebron where one can walk to the new First Station and Yes Planet IMax Theater. Public transportation is available along a major roadway leading in and out of the city. A block further is Derech Beit Lechem , a village like street with a variety of shops, restaurants, boutiques, salons and other neighborhood conveniences. The views from Caspi St. are of the finest in Jerusalem. There is no public transportation on the street, but it is not far to Derech Hebron where buses are plentiful.
